Health & Safety Goals

At MES our health and safety goals are to avoid accidents and harm to people. These goals apply to our own work places and to the plants and facilities that we provide engineering support to.

This is achieved by considering health and safety in every activity and in every decision that we as a company make. Through formal processes, we identify hazards, assess risks and clearly identify appropriate measures required to eliminate or control them.

MES provides a safe working environment for all its employees and we ensure adequate training/induction is provided to all our employees. All employees are assessed on whether they have the appropriate skills sets and experience before they are given a particular task to perform.

Environmental Goals

Our Environmental goals are to constantly drive down the environmental impact of our activities through:

• Reducing waste, and;
• by using energy more efficiently

We apply these goals to our own work places and to the plant and facilities that we are involved in designing.

This is achieved by considering the environment in every activity and in every decision that we as a company make. Through formal processes, we identify hazards, access risks and clearly identify appropriate measures required to eliminate or control them.

Quality Policy

We aim to to exceed our customers' expectations by adding value at every opportunity.
We achieve this goal through an organisation which is highly experienced and skilled within their fields.
We conduct regular management reviews to ensure compliance with our management systems and Quality plans and procedures.
